All sales are final. Due to the nature of my services and products, I do not offer refunds or returns on any services, skincare products, or gift cards. If you have any concerns about a service you received, please reach out within 24 hours so we can discuss the best solution for you. For skincare products, if you experience an allergic reaction, please contact me immediately, and I’ll work with you to find an alternative.

I totally get that things come up, but out of respect for my time and other clients, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted to fit within the remaining time. I will not extend your appointment past the scheduled time, and the full-service fee will still apply. If you think you’re running behind, please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding!
late arrivals
I totally get that life happens, but out of respect for my time and other clients, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Thank you for respecting my time—I can’t wait to see you soon!
