If you’re on a budget I highly recommend getting an at home regimen that is tailored to your skin and skin goals. Your skin journey is 80% your at home, daily routine so that is where I suggest you invest before getting a facial or service. Think of it this way- Coming in for a facial without a good home care is like going to the dentist and then not brushing your teeth until you go back and see him.

No, products are not included in the appointment cost but you will be given my expert advice in choosing the correct products for you to get you results.

It is typical to spend an additional $150+ so please be prepared to invest in your regimen- I do not take acne bootcamp clients if they do not get the at home regimen laid out for their treatment plan.

Yes, purchasing the recommended products is essential for the success of your treatment. The Acne Bootcamp relies on a customized home care regimen tailored to your skin’s needs, which works alongside your treatments to deliver the best results. This is non-negotiable

Facials will be beneficial to your skin and tailored to your skin goals but they will be more relaxation based.

Treatments are less relaxation based and more of an advanced treatment meant to quickly bring about change in your skin.

Refund & Returns

All sales are final. Due to the nature of my services and products, I do not offer refunds or returns on any services, skincare products, or gift cards. If you have any concerns about a service you received, please reach out within 24 hours so we can discuss the best solution for you. For skincare products, if you experience an allergic reaction, please contact me immediately, and I’ll work with you to find an alternative.

Late + Tardy Arrivals

I totally get that things come up and traffic can be crazy, but out of respect for my time and other clients, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted to fit within the remaining time. I will not extend your appointment past the scheduled time, and the full-service amount will still apply. If you think you’re running behind, please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding!

Cancelation + No Shows 

I totally get that life happens, but out of respect for my time and other clients, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.  No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount. Thank you for respecting my time
