I do not offer refunds on services rendered or on products once they have been opened or used. If a product arrives damaged or you experience an adverse reaction, please contact me within 7 days for an exchange or store credit. I’m committed to ensuring you have the best possible experience and will work with you to address any concerns.

I understand that life happens, but to ensure the best experience for all clients, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session or reschedule, depending on availability. In this case, the full service fee will still apply. I value your time and ask for the same consideration in return to maintain the quality of care you expect.

late arrivals 

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount. This policy ensures that I can continue to provide personalized care to all my clients.
